Spectacular frustration: Sage automation

Here's a good one for the experts...

Bought an ex-HKG DONE3 through CX ticketing. Ticket validated both through the online validator and ticketed. Start my trip on the first CX segment to come to the US. Need to make some changes, call AA RTW. RTW says it needs to take control of the ticket, so reissues with 001 ticket number, makes the changes. Sounds good to me.

Second US segment (BOS-LGA) gets cancelled while I'm at the airport. Call EXP desk (RTW desk already closed by then), get rerouted BOS-JFK. All well and good.

Get to NYC, and the subsequent three segments of the ticket get randomly (your pick) (a) date changed, (b) cancelled, or (c) changed segment sequence.

Once a day. Every day. I call RTW every day, get the same story. They fix it back to OK, agent says it won't happen again, wait for the magic sweeper, and 12 hours later, we're back to the same deal.

Of course, every time the flights get restored, the flights are more and more full, and I get worse and worse seats. One of these rounds the plane will be full, and I'll be just bumped off it.

Nobody seems to know what is going on, the most I've gotten out of them is something to do with "SAGE automation", whatever that means.

I'm ready to personally go over to Omaha or wherever these people are and have all this explained to me. Any ideas?
