Issuing DONE3 on BA Ex-London

Issuing DONE3 on BA Ex-London
I booked a DONE3 Ex-London from the oneworld website. After the confirmed booking, i needed to call BA in London to make the payment. (which i found odd). The credit card has been charged but its been 3 days and i have yet to receive my e-ticket number despite my twice daily phone calls to chase on this.
My questions:
1) Does it usually take BA that long to issue an e-ticket number for a RTW despite them charging my credit card?
2) I'm assuming me not being a UK resident has nothing to do with the long waiting period to issue the ticket. They do have my CX number on the reservation with my proof of address outside UK.
Anything else I can do?
My travel is in three weeks and would prefer this to be finalized.

Thanks Bukhara. Finally resolved with 2 more phone calls. The first call refused to connect with UKD. The second call, the CR was real helpful, contacted ticketing to check the problem and called me back within the hour with the e-ticket number.
Still couldn't get an answer to why it took so many days to issue. Will reconsider not issuing via BA in the future.
