Nope! SFO are operated with 777-300ER which are all equipped with MAGIC-III, i.e. the same AVOD

You are talking about over 9 months from now. JL is experiencing some severe problems and reducing flights. There will probably be rescheduling too. There could be industrial action. JL might switch alliances and we do not know when/if they leave OW alliance. If it was my decision, I would rather book with CX than JL just to avaoid these risks. A couple of extra hundred dollars might be the price for tranquility. And the seat and screen/avod is much better in my opinion.

Even if JL decided to switch alliances from OneWorld to Skyteam today, I don't think it is going to happen during the calendar year 2010. It takes sometime to switch alliances as it takes a lot of time testing JL's system.

I'd go with CX any day - I love their herringbone seats and find the service on board if you are emerald usually outstanding in both premium cabins
