Posting of Offers or Request of Miles/awards/certs/upgrades/"coupons": Randy Petersen has requested that ALL offers of or requests for miles, awards, certificates, upgrades, and "coupons" need to be in the Coupon Connection forum. Posts in the Northwest forum that make such offers or requests will be deleted. The Coupon Connection is a "masked" forum, available to those who have been FlyerTalker members for 90 days and have 90 "contributing" posts.
Informative Thread Titles: Do us all a favor and use informative thread titles. It'll also help you out by drawing more attention to your post.

Participation on Flyertalk by Northwest: Northwest has created NW Scoop, their online persona in the Flyertalk community. This screen name was created to "address a misunderstanding of program rules directly and clarify [Northwest's] message to frequent travelers." However, NW Scoop is not a ticketing/phone agent to handle your personal needs.
