Lounge Access
Flying on NWA, but am Gold Medallion thru Delta. Itinerary is YYZ-DTW-NRT, seated in Y 
. YYZ-DTW is "Y" fare, DTW-NRT is "M" fare.
Do I have access to the lounge in YYZ or DTW, based on my Gold Medallion status?

No.
Only Plats have access to the lounges on an international itinerary.
There might be some Amex Plat cards out there that give you access to the lounge but that's separate from your DL Gold elite card.

There is no club lounge in YYZ other than the KLM lounge in an other part of Terminal 3 than NW is flying from.
