NW coded, DL operated

I have to fly to Santiago, Chile next month and obviously NW does not fly there. I'm looking at flying Delta... surprisingly, the same flights are going for very different prices on nwa.com and delta.com. On delta.com, it wants almost $1900 and on nwa.com it wants $1700. The NW coded, DL operated flights being sold on nwa.com are marked as a B fare (BLX1MCL and BLWNTN). Question is... will these flights be eligible for 150% EQMs???

how long does it normally take for NW coded DL operated US domestic flight miles to post in worldperks account? my flights are coded 'S' - 'Mileage too soon to post' - for the past 5 days.
