Silver Elite help please
I am booked from DTW to Milan Sept 20 returning Sept 27.
When I tried to get exit rows I was advised they were all gone.
Anybody know how to find them or get them i.e. is there a special access to those rows blocked off.
What would it take to upgrade to Bus Class with WP?
If I do that do it lose my ability to get WP mileage credit??
Thanks

If you want to upgrade to WBC using miles, you will need to have a B or Y fare ticket (high fares). If you don't, you will need to buy up to those fares if you want to use miles. If you do upgrade, you still get miles based on the fare you purchased (i.e. coach).

Note that even if you have a B or Y fare, there still has to be upgrade available to upgrade to WBC. Just because a seat is available for sale doesn't necessarily mean it's available for upgrade. Note that upgrades are generally easier to find from a Y fare than a B fare (although Y fares are also more expensive).
If you don't already have a B or Y fare, be sure to confirm there is upgrade availability before you "buy up" to the Y or B.
