I know OP asked for a free tool, but even if you use it a few times, Expert Flyer ("E/F") really is a must have, IMHO, if you wish to play the game with NW. Its ability to read "R" buckets has helped me make flight choices more than once and the e-mail notification for awards of any variety just cannot be emphasized enough. At a smidgen below $100 for a full year's use, it really is a fantastic buy. Having said that as mentioned in the thread earlier, seatcounter works alright as well, but it honestly it is no E/F. Just checked availability.publicbackup.com , it works fine and is a little easier to remember.
