I didn't think these were, but looked at OMA-PHX 5/8 to 5/12. Without cert it priced $231 ai but then with the cert it gave me different flights at $173. I'm not torching 10K miles for $58 when I 'paid' for $100. Do I need to do this over the phone giving them the flights offered without the cert then having the cert applied?
