I recently emailed a note to NWA customer service about FA’s on a flight from AMS-DTW which you would have thought we were going to a funeral and treatment wasn’t the best, long story.
I had also noticed that on the NWA website they have a "Customers First" Customer Service Commitments link and list 12 things they strive to do. I pointed out that no where is there a commitment to the care and service of passengers once they are ALREADY on a flight, which is my gripe compared to FA’s getting off a KLM international flight.
Anyway, a couple of evenings ago I received a call for a senior NWA customer service rep and it was a very good conversation asking if there was anything else I wanted to add, she apologized, etc. as well.
So bravo NWA customer service!!^
