How do I get a forced layover when using a PD cert
I would like to fly the following using a PD cert:
BWI-DTW-ORD Mar 31 evening
ORD-MSP-YVR Apr 1 morning
YVR-MSP-BWI Apr 5 morning
BWI-DTW-ORD-MSP-YVR is a valid routing. However, the forced layover isn't pricing out. I read in some older posts in the MR forum that an agent is required to do this. How likely are they to do it? Any tricks? Is silver help or hinder?
