Combining Discounts
If I use one of my WP Visa PK161 $100 e-certs can that be combined with the PK246 10 percent off if I book to DUS by 12/31 for travel 1/11?

MKE-MUC was a designator PI002 and I was not allowed to use PK246 at the same time. I was told not two discounts allowed to a fare basis. I was able to use an ECV with the PI002. NWA.COM gives the lowest.
