Point promo posting problem
Say that three times fast!
Anyway....with regards to Mile-a-rama....I had a F/Y connection flight that should earn me a hefty 75 points. The connection in MEM to ATL was missed so I got put on a DL flight. I got proper mileage credit but not for mile-a-rama. There I only got credit for my return. I sent an email to what seemed to be the most applicable section on their web site but have not received a reply. Any suggestions on where to call/email to get this fixed. Thanks in advance.

I once missed 10 point for on-line check-in, sent my request via Talk To Us email, chose WorldPerks Promotions Inquiry, got my points credited within a few hours with an email reply confirmation. I did sent my ticket number 012XXXXXXX and confirmation code, I am not sure whether that helped or not.
