Banked Miles
I just checked my account for flights last week. The Elite Qualifying Miles went up and the Elite Qualifying Segments went up but it doesnt appear the total Bank Miles or Current Available Miles were updated. Is there a delay? It shows in the chart but not in the total.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Actually looking closer, it doesnt look like I have received credit since they have been doing the 50% bonus on Y fares. I fly mostly Y and loved this until now. I am missing about 11,000 miles.

The new bonus for full Y fares provides a bonus for Elite qualification, but doesn't actually provide miles. Here's a quote from the "Elite Requalification" section of the 2003 Elite Members guide:
"Starting June 1, 2003, every time you fly on Y fares in Economy class you will earn an additional 50% bonus that counts towards Elite qualification. Not only do these fares offer you greater flexibility, they also will make earning Elite status that much faster. This 50% bonus applies only towards Elite qualification, and not towards your WorldPerks account available mileage balance."

I am not looking for the 50% Y-Class Elite Qualification Bonus to update. I am talking about 0 points updating.. Not the flight or 100% Gold Elite Bonus. In other words my miles before the flight were 148,445 Total Banked Miles and after the flight 148,445 Total Banked Miles. Round trip from CLE to IAH I expected it to increase by 2182 miles (which excludes the 546 elite bonus).

I just had my Y fare 50% bonus but received all the 4440~ miles from EWR-LAS for my "banked miles" The 1000 or so "bonus EQM miles" were only added to the EQM miles and not my bonus. Seems like youve been getting the shaft--I'd call NW and have them look into it.
