Changes to GDPR

Effective for tickets purchased on/after July 1st, 2003 for both domestic and international travel. The customer may choose to receive the refund as either:

* The original form of payment minus the $100 Admin Fee or
* A travel voucher (MCO) minus a $25 Admin Fee

Original (assuming that this was regarding cancelled reservations):

$25 is completely reasonable

After the replies below:

So NW wants to penalize us $25 for buying a ticket early even though the price drops a few months later? I don't appreciate this game aspect to this. This is nickel-and-diming.

IIRC, GDPR refers to a downgrade in fare, i.e., the ticket price fell after purchase.

NW following CO foot steps, but not to that severity! This should be aimed at stopping people from calling NW asking for MCOs for minor fare differences.
