Would dining 5 times at the same iDine location count as 5 partner credit ?

Yes, BUT:
Since you only have 3 months to qualify and generally only 1 visit/ month qualifies, you can only use the same place 3x in total, UNLESS you provide IDINE with an online profile in which case many places permit UNLIMITED monthly visits UP TO $600 spent in total per month.
