TCV question
I got 2 TCV's on a diverted flight last spring and was wondering if they are combinable...also am i allowed to use them through a travel agent as the fares on NW online are a bit pricey compared with other airlines from SEA-HKG. On NWA online it's 1300 whereas on UAL it's only 780. And through a travel agent it's 900 on NW, so im hoping to use my coupons through them.
