DTW-BGR

Well, after flying to BGR almost every summer of my life on vacation and having to go through the hell that is BOS, NW (Pinacle) has finally started flying direct to BGR. I'm quite excited/happy as I have vowed to never fly via BOS again because of the issues I had there last summer connecting. American Eagle CS sucks.

Anyways, on to the real topic. I'm worried that NW is going to cut these flights as part of schedule reductions as they have not started yet. You can see on flybangor.com they will start June 6th. As they will probally retain the alternate routing at least until the fall and I don't want to fly via BOS ever again, I am concerned about being forced to fly via BOS. Any suggestions (other than calling the elite line and asking them to stick a note in the PNR at the time of purchase saying that travel must be non-stop?) on insuring that I can get a full refund or credit if they remove these flights?

why are you worried they are going to cut the flights? Are the planes flying empty?
