PD723 question
I have a code for a PD723 from a fellow FT member. I'm trying to book from BHM to LON, but the code isn't working. Does anyone have any suggestions? I seem to be getting M and B fares.

I would venture a guess that for the dates you are trying, there are NO seats available to discount for your certificate...It happens all the time...It also happens OFTEN that if you type in the certificate and check price your will get a HIGHER fare than if you don't enter it.
