I sent a compliment to TTU and got this error message

I sent one in almost 3.5 weeks ago. At the time, I was told it would take approx. 2-3 weeks. Still nothing. And I got no upgrades for my DCA-DTW-DCA trip this past weekend. Hope I wasn't put on any "don't upgrade him" list. Just kidding. Mostly. Hoping for upgrades to come through for my trip this upcoming Friday, still nothing.

What did you TTU about? I've had superb responses the the few TTU I've done this year. Most within an hour or so. I do try to be quite detailed about the problem, and what outcome I expect. IE, miles credited to wrong program, want them put in NW account, and so forth.
