Missing miles

Missing miles
In August, I did the following run:
17/8 YXU-DTW-SFO-MSP-ORD (NW ticket)
18/8 ORD-DTW-CLE-CLT-CLE-DTW-ORD (CO ticket)
19/8 ORD-MSP-SFO (NW)
20/8 SFO-DTW-YXU (NW)
Flights on the 18/8 were as follow:
NW metal: ORD-DTW-CLE, DTW-ORD
CO metal: CLE-CLT-CLE-DTW
All miles were credited except for ORD-DTW and DTW-CLE. Reason given is: Duplicate Origin or Destination.
Any suggestions as to how I can these miles credited?

From what I understand it is because you were at the same place twice on the same day. Just call the C/S center and they can clear it up.
