Hi all,
I joined WP in March, started flying in April, and have racked up 70,000 miles since (20,000 base). My April statement showed up sometime in early May, I believe, and I hadn't received another one until today - which only has miles credited through May 31st. It's LATE JULY! Is this normal? The online summary is functional at best, and really doesn't help me deciper my bonuses. I know I'm due a few extra miles, but can't really figure out how many and for what until my statement arrives. The segments I'm due should put me over 25000 status miles (after my next trip) which I want ASAP since I have other itineraries in the coming months.

So, when and how often should I expect to receive statements?

Usually WP sends out statements like clockwork.

I had a period of about 6 months 2 years ago whewn they were switching computer systems and they did not send any statements.

I find the paper statements are good for deciphering bonuses. Other than that, they are useless. The online system is how I keep track of my miles, because the paper ones are woefully behind.
