e-cert fares
I've noticed recently that many of the "sale" fares on NWA are showing up with the gold star indicating that they are special e-cert fares even though I don't enter a promtion code. The problem is that this makes them not combinable with other discounts such as the NWA Club discount and the Entertainment discount. Has anyone found a way around this?

The unfortunate side effect is that these fares aren't available at many of the other online sites. (For example, Orbitz prices with the e-cert discount; trip.com doesn't).
