IE 5.1 works fine. Maybe you need to upgrade your browser to 5.1 on a Mac or 6.0 on Windows.

I've been getting the "bad request" message for a week now. NWA said "clear your cache" but that didn't help. My computer at work has no problem though.

IE 5.0 works fine on NWA site for me. Can't upgrade IE - insufficient disk space!!!
