NWA Phantom Flier Program
Several years ago, NWA had what they called a Phantom Flier Program. Frequent fliers were selected at random to receive coupon books. If you received service above expectations, you could hand that FA a "Thanks for the Great Service" coupon. It had significant value to the FAs. If service was poor, you had a "I'm disappointed with your service" coupon.
I just found an old book full of these coupons that I had misplaced. Does anybody know if they are still of any value to FAs? Is this program still in existance?
I've recently had some very good experiences on NWA. It would be nice to show my appreciation.

The Phantom Passes are no longer reconized. The last date that Flight Attendants could use them was June 2000. The passes entitled Positive Space first class travel anywhere in the network.
