Earthlink, Problems Posting?
I signed up for earthlink through the NW website in April, and it hasn't posted yet. It is the only one of my 5 partners that hasn't posted. How long should I wait?
I have a receipt, and my credit card was charged in April so I am reasonably confident that I can get credit.

For some time period earlier this spring, EarthLink was not capturing the member's WorldPerks numbers online. As soon as Northwest was made aware of this issue, EarthLink was temporarily removed from the WorldPerks Mall. However, there were some members who signed up for EarthLink without having the ability to provide their WorldPerks number at sign-up.
This is probably why you haven't received your miles. EarthLink is in the process of adding this technology, which should be available shortly (so they will be back up on the WorldPerks Mall soon). However, in the meantime, EarthLink has a process set up whereby they capture the member's information and then send the member an e-mail requesting the member's WorldPerks number. When a return email is received back with the member's WorldPerks number, it is then added to the member's EarthLink account. There is also an inbox set up at [email protected] where members can send their WorldPerks number for immediate addition to an EarthLink account so that miles can be posted to the member's account.

I sent an e-mail to this address with no response, and an hour long phone call to their Customer Support. I am awaiting a phone call from a supervisor at Earthlink. I did have 200 mile from Sprint on May 23, which would have to be from Earthlink. I haven't had the 5000 mile bonus post, and I started the service in April as to qualify for the promotion. Anyone else having luck?
