Is Worldperks doing anything regarding Shop4.com miles ?.

I signed up for shop4.com in Feb 2001. Still I have not received any miles for joining them ( 1000 miles ) or another 1000 miles for ordering them.
Is Northwest doing anything regarding this to help the customers ?.

You are not alone. Shop4.com CSR states 90 days. WP is working on this for us. See the below thread.
