Can someone provide the Customer Service address that I can write to about a really very shabby experience on NW during my weekend trip to Venice. I normally don't write letters, but this was above an beyond.
I tried to search, as I remember that someone posted it before, but can't seem to find it.

What about fax numbers? They don't seem to have any fax numbers or telephone numbers on their website.

The 1-800 fax number is 1-800-692-4653.

That 1800 number does not work. It is not a fax number. Someone picks up who is not from Northwest Airlines.

That's strange. Actually 1-800-692-4563 is 1-800-NWA-GOLD. Maybe NW terminated the 1-800 fax line.

It just worked when I went to my fax keypad and did NWA GOLD according to my keypad.
I am not GOLD. I hope they accept it.
