NW Internation Service Centers ?
Does anyone know what that means on your NW WP summary statement? It shows up on mine and I have never heard of it. Any ideas? I didn't want to call them about it and call their attention to it

Many reported getting this credit after filling out the KLM survey on the Australia KLM site - Internation would presumably mean International. It may also be one of the bonuses for the email address sign up thing.

My KlM site registration shows as "PAC REG KLM SITE REGISTRATION."

According to the Dec statement, that turned out to be an email registration bonus (500 miles).
