The rest of my e mail address bonus?
Last spring NWA was giving 1000 miles for your e mail address. 500 then, and 500 at
"the end of August". I'm still waiting...

a few days ago i sent them an e-mail telling them that august had come and gone. a few days after -- mirabile dictu! -- the last 500 miles posted.
can they not manage any computer database on time??

Come to think of it ... I never got my second 500 either, time to complain ... I'm in a mood today.
Also, I never got my 6,000 mile Sprint PCS bonus or usage points either, but I did talk to Sprint about that last month.

Same thing here...no follow-up 500 mile bonus. Sent NWA an e-mail from their web site and got an answer 2 days later. Said it would be posted soon and appear on my next statement. I'll be watching and let you know. Suggest all who didn'd get their second bonus try this as well.

Same here... e-mailed them that I never got the second 500 and within a couple days they were there, along with a Northwesternish e-mail "Dear Mr. ______, Please be informed...."

i have emailed em now too. got the first 500 miles after having to contact them as well. we shall see how long it takes to get the 500 too.
also signed up for another 500m now and another 500m in 6 months.
