General Comments
I think this is the best program ever. I've never had a problem with upgrades or claiming an award which really makes my other flying friends envious. However, I wish that they would join American Express Membership Miles again.

You just might be in luck. Although there's no official word yet, the relationship between Northwest and American Express might come back to life. Northwest has a new far-reaching partnership with Continental and Continental has a partnership with American Express Membership Rewards (it's called Rewards now, not Miles). All of these new relationships might bring back some of the old. Watch this space for more information!
