Can NW elite use miles to upgrade any fare class on CO domestic tirp for a non-elite?
I'm sure this has been asked before, but I couldn't find anything after several searches...
Can I, as a NW plat, use NW miles to upgrade a non-elite on a cheap CO domestic flight?

As I read it, being an elite should not restrict you from upgrading the cheapie fares on CO, even if it's for someone else. Of course, you'll probably have to pay the higher rate since they're discounted tix.
