Average time for NW to post missing mileage from partner..

Just curious about experiences - CO seems to regularily lose segments when posting to NW and then it requires fax/mailing of receipt/itin/boarding passes routine.

With over 160k booked this year on CO (posting to NW) this could become a major hassle at the rate I'm having segments go missing (9500 eqm's the past month )

I flew CO almost exclusively last year. It always posted to my NWA WP account within a week.

I keep missing credit on AUS-IAH segments, and recently an IAH-LGW segment last week..these on very complex itins of course - the rest of the trip posts so is very odd..

I was always flying on deeply discounted student tickets from studentuniverse or STA. I don't know if that made any difference. Strangely enough though, those tickets are almost always Y class, with 50%+ EQMs.

I've been waiting 4 weeks for DL mileage to post...the web site says wait up to 8. I'll be patient.

If your mileage doesn't shop up after four-five weeks, they generally don't seem to show up, for me at least. At that point I shoot off an email with all the info, and it only takes a few days for them to post it.

Yea, but being on CO, they require the paper copy. And the CO AUS station has no automation which I think is part of the problem

Missing the LGW segment is wierd though (and at 7800 EQM a big deal)

Then you will have to mail a copy of it in. You have nine months from the date of the flight, so that is plenty of time. Look here for more info.

Anywhere from immediate to... don't know.

Let's see...

I had a HA segment not show up in October.
I had 2 KQ segments not show up in November.
I had a KL segment not show up in November.
I had a HA segment not show up in December.
I had 2 CZ segments not show up in December.

I called NW, KL, and AF about the KL segment, because it was long-haul. I was given a runaround by all three, but when I went to call NW back, it had been credited. ^

I faxed a copy of the HA, KQ and CZ tickets/BPs to the gold/plat fax# on 19 December. I didn't hear anything, so I mailed the actual original pieces to them (keeping a photocopy) in late January. I have since been credited the RDMs for the KQ segments and the EQMs and RDMs for the December HA segment.

I have not seen anything for the October HA segment, or the 2 CZ segments.

I had an AF segment not show up in February.

Yesterday I mailed NW a letter pointing out that I still wanted credit (EQMs and RDMs) for my October HA segment and both CZ segments in December, and now for the AF segment in February. I enclosed the "boarding pass" stub of one of the ARC coupons for my CZ segments, and the boarding pass stub for my AF segment, and pointed out that I'd already faxed and mailed them everything they needed.

Will see what I get, and how quickly.

I just had two fllights on DL on Sunday, and when I checked on Monday it was already posted. It was faster than what it usally does with NW.

This is EXACTLY what I am going through. You must have been doing MSP-IAH-AUS-IAH-LGW runs. I finally got me January AUS-IAH and IAH-LGW segments to post. Now I am trying to get two February MSP-IAH segments posted.

I spoke to the PE line last week and was told that manual postings are taking longer than normal and that they are about 4 weeks backed up. I am hoping to get my miles posted this week.

From what I can telll, the problem seems to arise on CO intineraries with more than 3 segments in one day.

Yes these are the complex runs. At this rate I will lose a bunch of miles (about 20-30k) due to not getting Gold/Plat until a month later after I qualify...

>> TTU Answer:
Because of the amount of correspondence received at the WorldPerks
Service Center, we are unable to verify the receipt of an individual
fax. Please allow 3 weeks from the date your fax is received, for your
documents to be reviewed.

(And since I have a lot more of these complex itins this year, it is not a good sign)

I usually end up on CO for my south TX flights (MFE, IAH, AUS). I've had several recently and more coming this month. I've never had any problems getting mileage posted and it's usually in about the same time frame as NW. Posting always is complete with the 125% PE plus 50% Y-class elite qual. bonus. I've also been almost 100% EUA on CO.

They usually show up fine, except in the case of these complex itineraries. With TATL segments going missing, it is a big problem.
