Can I "stack" an E-TCV and a PK?

As some of you may recall, around the turn of the year I wound up with a mysterious DB410, a $200 Electronic TCV (with no reference code), and two E-Certs - a PK075 and a PK149.

I've calmed down a bit from this evening's irritation at KLM.com and am now considering using the E-TCV or the PK075 to bring down the price on my desired KL/NW itinerary between EDI and LGA/EWR/PHL. I'm wondering, though, can I use both an E-TCV and an E-Cert on a single reservation?
