Checking avail without miles in acct.
Is there a way to do this like you can on CO, AA and US? I need an NW award that the website is botching but the agents won't talk to me unless I have the miles.
And...I'm not going to transfer the mileage in from SPG unless the award is guaranteed to be there.
Any tricks?
