voucher question

Hi-
I have a $300 Northwest voucher that I received in June 2005. My mom recently threw it away. How do I get the info from Northwest, who do I call and what do I ask?

Thanks!

If it was associated with your WorldPerks account, go to nwa.com and go to Reservations Center, Manage My Reservations, My Electronic Credit Vouchers.

If not associated with your WorldPerks Account it is gone.

Hopefully, it was associated with your NW #.

Do we need to have a talk with your mom?

One thing I do with a lot of travel certs and such is email them to myself. I travel 4 or more months a year, and it seems that I'm on the road when the good deals come up. I stock up on the $100 NW certs whenever I can, and then email the numbers to me, then I make them used and save them, so I can tell how many valid certs I have left.

Now now. nwa.com does have more features than any other airline website. Now if they could just figure out how to make it search properly for complex int'l itins and award tickets....

Actually, I was just referring to throwing away the voucher in the first place. Like people who fly all the time and don't have a FF number. The horror!
