Pinnacle GA's work for Pinnacle, not NW, so the 0P needs to address this issue with Pinnacle's Customer Care and probably CC Northwest Customer Care (Pinnacle must have minimum dress code standards) NW will probably takes immediate steps to make sure this does not occur again.
