Where do E-certs come from?
I think I'm allowed to ask this question, but if I'm not I'm apologizing in advance.
Anyway, where do the dollars-off E-certificates come from? I've seen the zone discounts in the Val-Pak coupons, but I don't remember seeing the one where you can get up to $100 off. I also thought I had seen some kind of discount in the Entertainment coupon book, but when I looked in this years edition, there were only United coupons.

I think some of the $OFF coupons come from amenity paks from things like weather, mx delays, some may come from WBC amenity paks that might be handed out during irregular ops, etc.

e-certs
as above stated because of delayed /cancelled flights; the entertainment books only have had the ua coupons, which you usually see pop up up on e-bay as well as the nw certs.
