Am I the only person interested in arranging WC meets while transitting? You guys are breaking my heart.

I tend to arrive at the airport at the very last minute, so I can only really help people when I'm connecting. PM me if interested, first come first serve. I will add and delete from this post as my travel plans and WC availability changes.

Hoya, you read my mind. I will be spending 2-1/2 hours in DTW tomorrow and was hoping to cross paths with a FT'er. Socrates got my hopes up, but my flight doesn't arrive until 3:52.
I do think this could be a great thread. I know I'll be checking it often in the future.
Hmmm, my bad. I just re-read the initial post and realize that only folks who are offering access are supposed to be posting.
Well, perhaps others can learn from my bad example.

Everyone here (looking for access to a WC) knows about the 60-day trial passes, right? Those are a great value, IMO, especially considering that most clubs will allow you to apply the cost of the 60-day pass ($85) to a full WC membership after 60 days. So, it's like WorldClub access on easy pay, if you will...

I will be at DTW on 12/19 from about 9:30am or so till 1:30pm. If anyone will be around and wouldn't mind getting me into the World Club I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Congrats, Hoya. The new thread you started has done the job. And a happy thanks to Socrates who let me know about his change of flight plans. He was gracious enough to make his guest privileges available to me this very afternoon. It was wonderful having the chance to get a serious chunk of work accomplished during my layover.
