I have an issue that can't be resolved by email (they have already responded to my email telling me that). I am a recent gold & only have the silver number. I have been trying for the past hour & keep getting a message that due to heavy call volumes, I need to call back later. I am hoping I will have better luck with the gold number. I will check my messages often as I would like to get this resolved tonight. Thanks.

I finally got put on hold on the silver line. Says it will be 5-10 minutes.
