Odd Award Availability
I know everyone has complained about the lack of WBC availability but I had an odd booking today. I couldnt get my wife a standard award of any kind from ORD-CDG for 12/23 - 1/1 so finally I just took a Y rulebuster. After further looking, I found out the DTW-CDG flight was open in WBC but not Y but all ORD flights were full so I booked into MKE. I got standard Y from MKE-DTW and back and standard WBC from DTW-CDG. You sould think for these busy days that WBC would not have much standard award availability but apparently its chicago/milwaukee that has no standard F availability.
