Kind of a vague question...? I have never had missed an UG into or out of ONT. Get 98% of the time SJC, SEA, PDX. Time of day and day of weeek count a lot on busy routes.

Avoid Monday morning and Thurs evenings for sure.

SEA/LAX/SFO are some of the hardest.

SJC/SAN/PDX are some of the easiest.

I'm about 50% on the MSP-SJC run (Monday and Friday mornings). The planes have been stuffed for a couple months now, worse since they went to their "fall schedule" which dropped a daily roundtrip.
