Using an E-cert
They mishandled my luggage Monday, so they gave me an E-cert good for $25 off a published fare.
I've never used one of these before, so I just sort of stumbled along. I looked up my normal flights, but couldn't find any way to apply the discount.
So, I read the back of the cert (mice type) and followed the directions.
They offered me a choice of 14 flights, outbound first. After I choose one of them, then I guess they would offer me a choice for return.
Unfortunately, none of the ones offered is one I would choose. Is this how it works? I thought you could apply these things (Code PK041) to any published fare. If that's true, anyone know how to do it?
