Reservations System Down - Again
This is becoming a regular event. I hope NW hasn't outsourced their computer operations to India.

I was using the Reservation system myself this morning to look up R class availability on some upcoming flights that I have, and I received an error message about three times that stated that the reservation system engine was still working on my previous search request, or something like that.Hmm...

gosh darn it *&*#@... was booking for a MR for an upcoming PVR trip... went downstairs to get a soda, and when I pressed CONFIRM RESERVATION, the darn website crapped out... i will be really pissed if those same flights are not available when this comes back online..
