A NW Easter Miracle
My boss and his family of four flew NW MSP-BWI on Sunday. No status, discount seats.
Four op-ups.
What are the odds? Most flight I'm on even the silvers don't all get it.

Strange
I did a MKE-DTW-MSP-SFO run on Easter Day and the CSR at the WC told me that all flights everwhere out of DTW and MSP were completely full. Someone at the MSP WC told me when I got there that all flights out of MSP that day were completely booked and many were oversold.
Looks like they got lucky or else the flight was overbooked and they were the last ones to get their boarding passes?
You can always tell him you put a good word in for him being the good employee you are. Kind of like a "Bosses Easter Gift".
