Changing Award Question
Last Summer I used half of an award ticket, assuming I would have to lose the unused portion (way too long a tale for here). Now I'm wondering if I can get some use out of it. If it works the way I think it does, I can reschedule the return from a different location (to the same origin, as long as the distance is the same or less as the original flight.) What I want to do is make a totally new award reservation, use it to get to my destination (a different one).... return with the rescheduled old award... then not use my return with the new award. This would let me avoid a Saturday night stay and I would prefer to have this option. Would this work? If so... wow!
