1-2-3 Free Cancellations/Changes?

May I cancel a 1-2-3 Free booking and receive a refund of the ~ $50 in taxes and fees? Will I then be able to re-use the cert for another booking?

If I can't do the above, can I change the dates and destination for the existing reservation? What will that cost me? Will the cost of the original booking apply to the taxes and fees of the new (which will be less)?

Thanks!

I was in the same situation last week. Used a 1-2-3 to go to San Deigo, but had to cancell at the last minute. I was told I could change the dates, but not the destination if: 1) there were seats available in that class, 2) I had to pay a $100 change fee.

I am just writing off the ticket

Yikes. Could you at least get the taxes back?
