Paris lounge question
I know this has been discussed but I can't seem to find the thread. The situation is this. Next week I am flying CDG-AMS and then connecting the next day to BOS on an Economy ticket. The CDG leg is on KLM and departs Termianl 2 F where there is an AF lounge. I am NW Platinum (and Priority Plus but I don't think that works) and also WordClub. Will I be able to use the Terminal 2 F AF lounge with just the Platinum card- I assume that the World Club doesn't help. It matters since if I can use the lounge I will plan to come early and work and if it doesn't I will cut it closer and just run for the plane. Any help appreciated

As NW Platinum, you're also SkyTeam Elite Plus. That will get you (and a guest) access to SkyTeam member lounges on the day of an international flight, no matter the class you're flying.

As I read it--and I've read the NW, KL and ST site info carefully--Elite Plus members (that's Plats only on NW) can access any SkyTeam member lounge (except dedicated First Class-only lounges) at the airport they're using, on the day of any international SkyTeam flight.
SkyTeam's site has a useful feature called Airport Manager: you select the airports on your itinerary and it shows you all the lounges, along with other info.
It's at http://www.skyteam.com/EN/travelReso...arch/index.jsp
