Missing Mile-Zilla nwa.com checking points

Question Missing Mile-Zilla nwa.com checking points

On Nov. 22 I used nwa.com to do an online checkin for a flight on Nov 23. This is the first time that Mile-zilla points didn't post automatically for the online checkin; I've done this quite a number of times. (Points also posted correctly when I used online checkin for my return flight).

I'm a bit concerned about contacting NW about the missing points because of the 5 point/10 point online checkin question. Any thoughts?

It happened to me twice out of my 10+ check-ins, and I sent an email to NW on both occasions, simply asking for the points for online check-in, and got it credited. It will be a good idea if you would edit the last sentence of your posting.

Yes, just go to your account and click on the Points Summary in the upper left hand menu.

There is nothing in my acct record regarding MileZilla and I signed up for promo???

Did you print out the confirmation they send you. If so pick up the phone and holler. If you don't have the confirmation, holler any way.

to which department of NW did you send your email to get your missing points credited?

Also, has anyone else not received their 10 points for redeeming an award ticket online and traveling? I have not received points for either of my 2 award tix, though I redeemed them online and did travel on them.

It's not under "account summary," but under "points summary" (as in, Worldperks-->Manage My Account-->Points Summary).
