Question Kiosk Question

Searched past threads, and at nwa.com, and couldn't find the answer I was looking for.......figure one of you experts out there could supply the info.....

My son (16 y/o) is travelling solo next week out to Baltimore to attend some activities at the Naval Academy. When he leaves home I plan on checking him in on nwa.com.....no problems there. When he returns: He'll be by himself, and he doesn't have anything resembling a credit card.

My question: Do the kiosks still require you slide a credit card with your name on it to initiate the check-in, or can you just type in your name on the keypad to get it started?

If he can't do the kiosk, I'll have him do it the old fashioned way.....Just looking to see what his options will be. Thanks for any info.......

If you don't have a credit card, you have the option to "type" in either your 6 digit PNR number, or your NWA Worldperks #

If the entire trip is under 36 hours he can print the return BP before he departs

If the entire itinerary oubound/return is under 36 hrs you can print all the boarding passes BEFORE your son leaves, allowing him to avoid the e-checkin machines at the airport.

That's exactly the info I needed thanks.......I'll arm him with his confirmation number and he's on his own......

He's heading out to the Naval Academy for 5 days of Summer Seminar, back home for a day, then out to the Air Force Academy in C. Springs for 6 more days of the same. He'll be a bonafide road warrior by the middle of June!
